All orders are subject to acceptance by Yukonte. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. A contract is only formed once we issue an order confirmation.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency specified on your quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries or cancel orders where payment is overdue.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Yukonte is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title in the goods passes only upon receipt of full payment.

7. Returns and Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty period stated at the time of purchase (typically 2 years for eligible parts). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.

Returns must be requested in writing within 30 days of delivery and are subject to our prior approval. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the Yukonte name and emblem — is the property of Yukonte Global FZC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
